People are increasingly using poultry eggs as a protein source.
The egg protein content of chicken eggs has increased in recent years, and many people are eating them as a way to boost protein intake.
The protein in the egg is usually low in calories and fat, but that may be about to change.
A study published in the journal BMC Public Health has found that chicken eggs have more protein than beef, pork and lamb, and eggs with higher protein levels are better for health.
The research also found that eggs with high protein levels can be used in food products that are more nutritious and less processed.
The researchers analyzed the protein content and nutritional profile of 5,965 egg yolks, including white, white, black and black-and-white.
The highest protein levels were found in the most expensive eggs.
The higher the protein, the better the egg.
It’s an important distinction, the researchers said.
“The higher the amount of protein, in the high-protein category, the higher the quality and the higher its nutritional value,” said Dr. Robert D. Rennie, a professor of nutrition at the University of Toronto and the lead author of the study.
The study found that the higher protein level of the eggs was linked to a higher percentage of the protein in egg yolk, and that this difference in quality was particularly pronounced in white eggs.
“It’s a significant, meaningful difference,” Rennier said.
He said that the egg’s protein content was a measure of its overall nutritional value, rather than the amount or the quantity of protein.
“So the higher your protein, and the more protein you get, the greater the nutritional value of the egg,” Rinnie said.
The results may help people who are looking for a healthier alternative to chicken, said Renniere.
“If you’re looking for something that’s high in protein, like chicken, it may be a good option for you,” Rinkie said in an interview.
“But if you’re trying to get more protein, you might be better off with beef or pork.”
